Aww...I really, really appreciate that, and hope your holiday is restful, too! Believe it or not, just acknowledging how overwhelmed I’ve been and committing to more balance in the days since my injury has significantly eased the immediate pain (because, stress), so now I can focus on healing the physical damage.…
