Officials from the FBI and the New Jersey state police announced on Thursday that a reward of up to $1 million has been offered for information leading to the capture and return of Shakur, who is the first woman ever to appear on the Most Wanted Terrorists list. According to law-enforcement authorities, she is believed to be living in Cuba under political asylum.
