She also “didn’t feel like walking,” so the 46-year-old reportedly took $600 worth of clothing, along with a $1,200 motorized wheelchair shopping cart, and started making her way home, the Smoking Gun reports.

Police picked up the Michigan resident about two miles away from the store in Fruitport Township and took her into custody for questioning, where she revealed the reasons for the theft of the cart and also allegedly said that she intended to sell the clothes she’d picked up, the Associated Press reports.

Mason was taken to the county jail and charged with organized retail crime, AP reports, before being released on bond, according to the Smoking Gun.
