Camille Brown, a 19-year-old student at West Virginia University, has been charged with murder and breaking and entering after she reportedly confessed to killing 68-year-old Ronald Browning, police confirmed. Browning, a pastor at Cool Ridge Community Church, died Saturday from blunt force trauma to his head and neck.

Brown, who was found the following day, reportedly covered in blood, urine and feces, is being held without bond.

“The most disturbing factor in this case is the fact Brown and Browning did not know one another and her motive has yet to be determined,” Beckley, W.Va., Police Detective Morgan Bragg told the news wire.

Bragg told Reuters that there was evidence Brown had been in Browning’s home. She reportedly admitted to police that the cuts on her hand occurred during the murder.
