In his first interview since signing on as attorney for George Zimmerman, Mark O’Mara told CNN’s Tom Foreman (who was filling in for Erin Burnett on Out Front) that he was “surprised” and his client was “troubled” by a Florida special prosecutor’s decision to seek second-degree-murder charges in the death of Trayvon Martin. However, he was careful to note that he is brand-new to the case and has seen only the version of the story that the media have presented.
