The panel consisted of women in the film and TV industries and the Time’s Up initiative: director Melina Matsoukas, attorney Nina Shaw, writer and comedian Jill Soloway, agent Maha Dakhil, and actors Natalie Portman and Rashida Jones.

“Everybody in the movement acknowledges that there is no change unless you bring every single person along who has spent time being marginalized, harassed, assaulted,” Jones said.
