Two students and one teacher have been shot at Townville Elementary School in Anderson County, SC. One teenager, the alleged gunman, has been taken into custody.

The shooting happened at around 2:00 p.m. Wednesday afternoon.

WSPA.com reports that the teacher and one student were taken to AnMed Medical Center where they are both listed in “good condition.” Another student, a 6-year-old child, was airlifted to the pediatric trauma center at Greenville Health System and is listed in “critical condition.”

One man was found dead at a nearby home and, according to police sources, that homicide is believed to be related to the Townville School shooting.

Townville Elementary School has 286 students in pre-kindergarten through 6th grade, reports 9Alive.com.

According to Vox.com, the Townville Elementary School shooting is the 37th school shooting in 2016.
