Rolling Out reports that rapper Soulja Boy (DeAndre Cortez Way) revealed today that his 14-year-old brother was killed in a car accident. The normally unsentimental artist poured his heart out on Twitter, to an outpouring of condolences from fans and fellow celebrities alike:

Soulja Boy shared his grief with fans by tweeting, “at home crying my eyes out I can’t believe my lil bro is gone … today is not my day … RIP lil brother love you always.”
Prominent entertainers also sent their condolences to Soulja Boy and his family. Sean Kingston tweeted, “Smh life is really short man. Why do the good die young sm. @souljaboy keep your head up and stay strong … I’ll keep u in my prayers bro.”
