Numerous outlets are saying that Destiny’s Child will reunite during Beyoncé’s headline show at the Coachella music festival in Indio, Calif., on Saturday.

“It was teased, rumored, squashed, so nothing much else was said. … But it’s happening,” a source told the New York Post’s Page Six, then added, “It’s on!”

Beyoncé supposedly wants “to make up for the fact she was unable to perform last year,” when she was pregnant with her twins, but am I being mean when I ask if folks really want to see Destiny’s Child even half as bad as Destiny’s Child wants to be seen?

The last time the D.C. crew performed onstage together was during the Super Bowl Halftime Show in 2013, and it was great.

Regardless of who hits that stage tonight, a show’s show will be shown. Word is that Yoncé has been putting in daily 11-hour rehearsals.

Word also has it that Cardi B hired Beyoncé’s fired backup dancers for her highly anticipated Sunday set.
