Reporters and lawyers are filing into Wayne County Circuit Judge David Groner’s courtroom for another Kwame Kilpatrick hearing to determine whether the embattled and disgraced former mayor violated probation by failing to pony up $79,011 of $1 million that was due Friday.
On hand are Assistant Wayne County Prosecutors Athina Siringas and Robert Spada and Kilpatrick lawyers Daniel Hajji and Michael Alan Schwartz.
