Police responded to a call about a person “in distress,” the station notes, and D.C. Fire and Rescue confirmed that one person was taken to the hospital with burn injuries.

As WUSA-TV notes, earlier Tuesday night, several protesters tied up rush-hour traffic in downtown D.C. before holding the anti-Trump protest outside the hotel.

Tens of thousands of protesters are expected to show up and show out for Trump’s inauguration Friday.
