Orange Is the New Black and Broadway’s Color Purple star Danielle Brooks wasn’t feeling a ticketing agent after an offhand comment was made as she prepared to get on a flight recently.

Brooks vented on Twitter that the agent at the gate said she should feel lucky about her first-class ticket.
Now, Brooks didn’t say that the incident happened because she’s black, but you can draw whatever conclusion you’d like.
Of course, there were those on Twitter who weren’t sympathetic to Brooks’ tweet.
And it definitely doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out who those people were.
