In the morning, the President and the Vice President will receive the Presidential Daily Briefing. The President will then meet with senior advisors. These meetings in the Oval Office are closed press.

In the afternoon, the President and the Vice President will meet for lunch. This lunch in the private dining room is closed press.

Later in the afternoon, the President will deliver remarks in the East Room, where he will continue to call on Congress to stop interest rates on student loans from doubling on July 1. This event is open press.
