There will be no criminal charges filed against any of the officers who were involved in the fatal shooting of Korryn Gaines, in an incident that also left her 5-year-old son injured, according to WBAL-TV.

Baltimore County State’s Attorney Scott Shellenberger is expected to “advise the family that he completed his monitoring of the police investigation into the killing of Korryn Gaines and will not be filling criminal charges against any of the officers involved,” a statement from the Gordon Law Group said. Attorneys from the Gordon Law Group and others from attorney Jimmy M. Bells’ office are expected to meet with Shellenberger on Wednesday.

According to WBAL-TV, Shellenberger’s office says no public comment will be made until after the meeting with the family.
