According to a medical examiner, three deaths have been reported and up to 100 people are injured.

Officials say that there are no immediate signs of terrorism, but the cause of the crash is still unknown, and officials are still trying to determine whether or not the incident was accidental.

“The next thing I know, we are plowing through the platform,” said Bhagyesh Shah, a passenger who boarded in Secaucus, N.J. “It was for a couple seconds, but it felt like an eternity.”

According to CNBC, the patient count in New Jersey hospitals remains unknown.

On Twitter, NJ Transit released statements suspending rail service and PATH subway service at Hoboken.
