According to TMZ, the cast and crew experienced a drive-by while filming a scene outside the Compton Courthouse in Los Angeles County, when a gunman in a car opened fire. The gunman was aiming at residents who were flashing gang signs, TMZ reports. No one from the cast or crew was hurt, but one civilian was shot.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department is investigating the shooting and hasn’t figured out if it was gang-related. The movie will continue to shoot at a different location in Compton, Calif. But sources tell TMZ that the cast and crew are shaken.

Ice Cube and Dr. Dre have not commented on the shooting.
