Tonya Couch fled with her son to Mexico when a video surfaced of himย at a party with alcohol, a potential violation of the probation he had been serving in connection with the fatal drunken driving incident.

According to AP, a judge decided that Tonya Couch no longer has to be under house arrest, but she must not consume alcohol or drugs and must wear an electronic monitor.

She now works at a bar in Fort Worth, Texas, AP reports.
