Hill, 37, stopped paying rent on the mansion last month and the landlord is demanding an immediate settling of her debts, according to the lawsuit.

She may not need the Orange, N.J., mansion anyway since she’s facing up to three years in prison for failing to file three years worth of tax returns between 2005 through 2007 on $1.8 million in income.
