Artist Sara Pope filed a voluntary case dismissal โ€œwith prejudiceโ€ over the weekend, the New York Daily News reports; the specifics of the settlement remain confidential.

At issue was a 2015 artistic work called Temptation Neon, which Pope said Jenner copied to promote her E! series, Life of Kylie. Pope claimed that the 20-year-old knowingly copied her work in social media posts and on video.

As you can see below, the images look pretty similar:

But this isnโ€™t the first time Kylie has been sued for stealing.

In her original filing with the court, Pope highlighted a recent lawsuit that accused Jenner and her sister Kendall Jenner of using unlicensed photos of the Notorious B.I.G. and Tupac Shakur for T-shirts that featured the sistersโ€™ faces. As reported earlier by The Root, that photographer is also suing.

And older sister Khloรฉ Kardashian has also been accused by a black female designer of ripping off her clothing.

Just come up with an original concept, girls!
