β€œFor what you all do for us every day and never complain, I really appreciate you all, so I wanted to give my first-game check to y’all to help y’all out in some type of way,” Watson told the women in a video shared by the Texans, ESPN reports. β€œHere you guys go,” Watson said, handing each of them an envelope wrapped with a bow.

Watson, whose base salary is $465,000, split his game check of $27,353 three ways. ESPN notes that Watson has been the one in need of a helping hand before: His family were the recipients of a house built by Habitat for Humanity.

β€œHopefully, that’s good and that can get you back on your feet,” Watson told the women. β€œAnd anything else y’all need, I’m always here to help.”
