(The Root) — It’s being reported that Gucci Mane has been dropped from Atlantic Records after a Twitter rant attacking several other rappers.

He fired off a series of barely readable tweets that ticked off quite a few people in the rap world and provided a solid hour of entertainment for the rest of us. He claimed to have slept with some very well-known female performers, like Nicki Minaj and Ciara. He also constructed a list of women with whom he’d like to sleep, including Taraji P. Henson, TI’s wife; Tiny (whom he referred to as “ugly”); Meagan Good; and Rihanna.
The tweets were so bizarre that many figured he’d been hacked, and that’s what he’s now claiming. Regardless, some of the people named in the tweets on his timeline (most of which are too vulgar to put here) didn’t take kindly to the online show. Some threw jokes, while others took the high road.
Randomly, Lalah Hathaway even got in on the fun.
Unsurprisingly, a tweet was retweeted from Gucci Mane’s account claiming that he had been hacked.
Hacked or not, it looks like our dear Gucci Mane is now without a record label to call home.
