Sophie Turner says she definitely didn’t use the n-word in a video that went viral Tuesday.

A Game of Thrones fan account uploaded a video of Turner working out at a gym with boyfriend Joe Jonas. The video was posted by DJ Brendan Fallis before it was deleted from his account.
Although audio from the video does sound like she said, “What’s up my nigga?” Turner says that the word she used was “motherfuckers.”
“I used the word ‘motherfuckers’ in a recent video posted in an Instagram story, and not a hateful racial slur that has been suggested,” the Game of Thrones actress said. “I am incredibly upset that anyone would think otherwise, and I want to make it clear that I would never use such an abhorrent word.”
One user on Twitter slowed down the audio and says she didn’t use the n-word:
The fan account, which was dedicated to Turner updates, says it will no longer update the account with anything pertaining to her because of her previous controversies.
