The digital divide is closing. According to a Pew Research Center report, African Americans and Hispanics continue to be among the most ardent users of the Internet on their cell phones. Members of low-income demographics are the fastest adopters of mobile Web technology, which may help close the gap with wealthier populations who overwhelmingly have access to the Web. Contrary to popular belief, blacks and browns are into emerging technologies and find ways to use existing technologies in creative ways. Pagers, anyone?
