A photo taken three weeks ago has surfaced, and in it Kaepernick’s socks are very telling when it comes to his feelings about police brutality. Depicted on the quarterback’s socks are drawings of cops as pigs—and of course we know that it’s not uncommon for cops to be referred to as the mud-wading animal.
Was this Kaepernick’s silent protest? Or a mere coincidence?
