According to WPIX 11 TV, the Bronx rapperโ€”who delighted thousands in Central Park on Sunday for the annual Global Citizen Festivalโ€”will be in quite a different venue today, turning herself in to police in Flushing, Queens, N.Y., for her role in a strip club brawl that left two bartenders hurt. TMZ was the first outlet to report the news.

Cardi B (born Belcalis Marlenis Almรกnzar) allegedly ordered her crew to attack two female bartenders, whom TMZ identified as Jade and Baddie Gi, at Angels Strip Club in Queens, N.Y. on Aug. 29. Cardi and her boo, Offset, were at the venue for a Migos concert that night.

According to the gossip news site, the fight was โ€œspontaneousโ€ and was triggered by someone throwing a drink. But there was reportedly already bad blood between the bartenders and Bardiโ€”according to TMZ, Cardi believed one of the bartenders had slept with Offset (which honestly, seems like an issue that needs to be taken up with Offset, but what do I know?).

From TMZ:

Cardi ... came face-to-face with the 2 bartenders and allegedly told her posse to attack them with bottles, chairs and a hookah smoking device. ๏ปฟ

Oh Lord, not flying hookahs, people.

TMZ reports that Cardi wonโ€™t be arrested, but will receive a court summons for charges, which the outlet says will likely be โ€œreckless endangerment and disorderly conductโ€โ€”both misdemeanors.
