At long last, the twin stars of my life, Beyoncé and Rihanna, have converged to meet in the same picture.

Not since the moon eclipsed the sun have I felt so moved. So small. So unworthy of the wonders of the universe.

The occasion was Rihanna’s Diamond Ball, now in its third year, which was held in New York City on Thursday night. The event raises money for the Clara Lionel Foundation, a nonprofit founded by Rihanna to benefit impoverished communities around the world.

So yes, you can feel vindicated in your stanning, because these two are doing the most (good they possibly can).

The two have appeared together on camera before, most notably at the 2014 Met Gala. HOW DID WE MORTALS GET SO LUCKY?
