Two years after America elected its first black president and gave Democrats control of Congress, the country is in a very different mood. "Yes We Can" optimism has given way to Tea Party anger in some parts of the land, and too many members of key voting blocs backing Barack Obama and the Democrats the last time around — such as African Americans and the under-30 set — just might sit out Election Day 2010.
