The singer, whose reckless driving led to the death of Awatef Aboudihaj in 2006, has settled with her children for $300K each. Brandy, who was not charge by the LAPD (because she's a celebrity that did not kill anyone considered "important") is still involved in a legal fight with Aboudihaj's husband who doesn't thinks his wife is worth much more than the $1.2M he was offered in February, especially since he would have actually only come away with the same amount his children were just bought off for.
