Chaz Haggins, 20, and Ethan Turner, 19, were both arrested on rape and sexual assault charges, according to the Baltimore Police Department, the site notes. The incident occurred at the Sigma Alpha Epsilon house about a month ago.

According to the report, the girl told investigators that she was forced to perform various sex acts on the two men before she was raped in the bathroom while impaired by alcohol.

USA Today College reports that neither Haggins nor Turner was a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon or a student at the university. However, Johns Hopkins put the fraternity on interim suspension for the alleged underage drinking that took place as the school conducts its own internal investigation.
