A 17-year-old Michigan girl from Saginaw is facing life in prison after being charged with raping a 19-year-old man at knifepoint, MLive reports.

The girl was arraigned Tuesday on two felony counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct. If she’s convicted, each count carries a maximum sentence of life in prison, the site notes.
According to the report, the alleged rape occurred Jan. 11. The 17-year-old is accused of holding the other teen at knifepoint before engaging in oral and vaginal sex with him.
The girl has been denied bond and was being held in the Saginaw County Jail. Her next court appearance is scheduled for Feb. 3 for a preliminary examination to determine probable cause, MLive notes.
