Looks like Army 2nd Lt. Richard Collins III may still get justice yet, now that a Prince George’s County, Md., grand jury decided Tuesday to hand up a hate crime charge against Sean Urbanski, a white University of Maryland student accused of fatally stabbing Collins.

Sean Christopher Urbanski, the white University of Maryland student who is accused of stabbing and killing black Bowie State student Richard Collins III on May 20, has been indicted on charges in the crime and will be heading to trial, but he will not be facing hate crime charges.
According to the Capital Gazette, a civilian employee of the Anne Arundel County, Md., Police Department has been suspended after making an insensitive comment on Facebook about the slaying of Richard Collins III.
Updated Monday, May 22, 2017, 9:02 p.m. EDT: During a press conference Monday, Angela D. Alsobrooks, state attorney for Prince George’s County, Md., said that Sean Urbanski’s motives for stabbing Richard Collins III to death were still unclear, the New York Times reports.
