Isaac Tiharihondi was arrested in Jackson, Miss., early Wednesday morning and remains in jail as he awaits extradition to Texas, the news site notes. The family—Israel Ahimbisibwe, 51; Dorcus Ahimbisibwe, 47; and 5-year-old Israel Ahimbisibwe Jr.—were found dead in their Houston apartment Monday.
