The “Ice Cream” rapper was arrested in April of 2011 on a battery charge stemming from an incident that took place at the top of the same year.

The rapper pushed a woman out of a moving car in January 2011. Gucci, born Radric Delantic Davis, picked up a woman at a mall near Atlanta and invited her out to breakfast. He tried to give her $150 to accompany him to a hotel, and, well, I think we can imagine for what. When she refused, he threw her out of a moving car.

Gucci pleaded guilty and was ordered to pay damages in September 2011, according to MTV News.

Mane was jailed on federal drug charges in 2014 but has been cleaning up his image of late with a BET show with his wife, Keyshia Ka’Oir: The Mane Event.
