As the power couple in the entertainment industry, Jay-Z and Beyoncé have accomplished so much together. Combined, the two have won 56 Grammys and sold more than 340 million records worldwide.

In the process, the couple has also amassed an impressive real estate portfolio, which includes lavish California properties, modern New York City condos, and other expensive homes that most people could only dream of.

Here is the impressive real estate portfolio of Jay-Z and Beyoncé.

Malibu mansion

In 2023, Jay and Bey made history, buying the most expensive home in the history of California for $200 million, passing the previous record of $177 million.

The impressive property is located right off Paradise Cove and is 40,000 square feet, giving them a beautiful view of the couple a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean.

In 2015, the couple bought this rustic New Orleans home for $2.6 million, much cheaper than many of their other properties.

After a fire broke out in the home in what was reportedly an arson attempt, the couple put the mansion up for sale for $3.5 million, and then later increased it to $4.45 million.

Shortly after getting married in 2008, the couple bought a mansion at Miami’s Indian Creek Island for $9 million. The exclusive island is home to many other wealthy billionaires and celebrities.

Queen Bey bought a place of her own in 2005 for $5 million, before the couple was married. Located in midtown Manhattan, the condo was reportedly used for friends and family who were visiting the city.

In 2014, the couple rented this Los Angeles property in the Hombly Hills neighborhood for $150,000 a month. Unfortunately, Jay and Bey had to pack their things after it was sold in 2015.

Although Hov and Bey never bought this home, they spent a pretty penny renting. In 2012, the couple rented the vacation home for $400,000 a month. The 31,000-square-foot property has 12 bedrooms, a tennis court, a rock climbing wall, and even a half-pipe for skateboarding.

Hov rented this penthouse in Time Warner Center for $40,000 for a couple of years. The 5,000-square-foot penthouse overlooked Central Park and featured a fish tank that hung from the ceiling. In 2018, it was sold for $31 million.
