In November 2017, the beloved influencer shared her life-changing news with her readers: a diagnosis of stage-4 stomach cancer. In a heartfelt Instagram post, she revealed the news with honesty and vulnerability, openly choosing to take her followers along on a journey rather than facing it privately.

Her Influential Fight

From that moment, she openly welcomed her followers into her fight against cancer. She posted photos during chemotherapy, reflecting on her changing body, and candidly shared both her fears and faith. Her vivid transparency turned her platform into a source of strength, not only for herself but for her readers who look to her for daily inspiration.

Like any seasoned influencer, she planned – often shooting multiple looks on days she felt strong, anticipating her energy levels to decrease. As her body transformed due to the side effects of cancer treatments, she maintained and even deepened her connection with her fanbase through honesty. It was her transparency about her journey that became Rodriguez’s source of strength.
