WCBD reports that Walters stopped her car around 11 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of Murray Boulevard and East Battery and ripped the Confederate tag from the front of the pickup. As the owner of the truck attempted to take down the woman’s license plate number, authorities say, Walters backed into him, causing minor injury to his knee. The victim told police, however, that Walters struck him by accident, according to the report.

Police tracked down Walters using the plate number the victim gave them.
