“Alls Fair” Getting Terrible Reviews
First, Patty spoke about Kim K’s new legal drama, “All’s Fair,” which premiered on Hulu on Nov. 4. Kardashian stars as the lead actress, supported by a fierce cast including Niecy Nash, Teyana Taylor, and Sarah Paulson, but the show is already getting terrible reviews.
The series received a zero percent rating on Rotten Tomatoes when it first dropped, according to The Daily Mail.
The Independent called it so bad that it’s “Pure Evil,” and The Guardian gave it zero stars and called it “fascinatingly, existentially terrible.”
While the reality TV star was able to brush off the harsh criticism from her shoulders with an ironic Instagram post asking her fans if they had seen the “most critically acclaimed show of the year,” the next knock to her week might have been a little harder.
Failing The California Bar
As most fans of the Kardashians know, Kardashian has been trying to become a lawyer for the past six years, and this week she was hoping to finally cross that finish line. Unfortunately for the her, things did not work out that way after she failed the California Bar exam, which she took in July, according to PEOPLE.
Revealing the results of the exam on her Instagram story, Kim wrote an inspiring message of determination to her fans.
“Well… I’m not a lawyer yet, I just play a very well-dressed one on TV. Six years into this law journey, and I’m still all in until I pass the bar… Falling short isn’t failing – it’s fuel. I was so close to passing the exam, and that only motivates me even more. Let’s go!!!!!!!!!!”
However, in a TikTok post, Kardashian expressed her annoyance at failing the exam on the phone to an unnamed family member, telling them that the psychics she spoke to a “pathological liars.”
“I just want to let you know that the psychics that we have met with and are obsessed with are all full of s***… They are all full pathological liars. Don’t believe anything they say,” she said.
In the comments, one user stood up for the unidentified psychics by adding that they might have just meant that Kim Kardashian would pass the bar… one day, “They probably meant eventually.”
Kris Jenners Birthday Party Raided By Cops
To round off this really unlucky week, the Kardashian family had to deal with the drama of Kris Jenner’s 70th birthday party being raided by cops on Saturday (Nov. 8), according to TMZ.
Over the weekend, the Kardashian matriarch had a birthday bash at Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez’s Beverly Hills home. However, the noise from partygoers was so loud that neighbors called the cops to complain, which resulted in the police giving a warning to Jenner’s guests.
But the drama did not just end there! The police had to return when they learned that fake hedges had been set up to block off the street for the party without a permit. These fake bushes had to be removed by the police as celebrities started to leave the Beverly Hills party and return home while being hounded by paparazzi, per TMZ.
It has really been nothing but drama for Kim K, but tomorrow is a new day and a fresh slate for the star to recover from the week before.
