As rapper A$AP Rocky’s criminal trial continues to play out, it appears its taken a messy turn. And it’s all thanks to the alleged victim in the case: his former friend A$AP Relli.

As we previously told you, Rellis accused Rocky of shooting him back in 2021 in Hollywood. Though he only allegedly suffered a graze wound to his knuckle, Rocky is being charged with two felony counts of assault with a semiautomatic firearm. If convicted, he could spend up to 24 years in prison.
Now, on Wednesday, it was Relli’s turn to take the stand for the second day in a row and explain the incident to the judge (and Rocky’s famous girlfriend Rihanna who was reportedly sitting in the gallery in between Rocky’s mother and sister).
Per TMZ, during his testimony, he alleged that his life has been “hell” ever since the alleged incident and that he’d been getting death threats and even lost his music managing business due to others siding with Rocky. Relli also claimed that he’s been unjustly labeled as a “snitch” and been called a “rat,” both of which have been harmful to his life and livelihood.
Additional testimony from Relli also painted a vivid picture of the heated words that the two aforementioned men had with each other just moments before the alleged shooting. Specifically, during their spat, Relli alleged that Rocky pointed a gun at his stomach and his head and said “I’ll kill you right now, p*ssy.” Relli’s response?
“I told him to use it. Because mentally, I couldn’t believe he pulled a gun out on me. So I’m like, what the f*ck? Like, you better use that shit. The f*ck you got a gun for?”
What’s more is that text message exchanges between Rocky and Relli which took place just hours after the alleged shooting show Relli accusing Rocky of trying to set him up with by way of their encounter. Rocky denied it and alleged instead that Relli was making sh*t up and trying to “extort him.”
“Now u trynna extort n*gga talkin bout i shot at u n shot u 4 times and all type of nonsense, u a phony and u dont have the best intentions, stop texting me n stop calling my manager and call police if i ‘shot’ @ u u weirdo,[sic]” the texts read.
Relli also alleged that he went back to the sighting of the alleged shooting to recover bullet casings from that night though local authorities who arrived on the scene that night did not recover any.
