Who Knew Keke Palmer Has a Realty Star Sister?

Everybody LOVES in capital letters Keke Palmer (well, except maybe her baby daddy, Darius Jackson, but that’s another story) and we feel like she’s family. That’s the reason we stay all up in her business.

So imagine how our necks snapped at learning Keke has a sister—and that sister, Loreal Palmer, has fame aspirations. According to People magazine, the sisters and their twin siblings Lawrence and Lawrencia grew up in Robbins, Illinois, the offspring of a couple who, once upon a time, had their own star dreams; the pair met in drama school and were actors before the kiddoes were born.

Loreal’s moment in the spotlight came in 2022 when she won the first season of ABC’s Claim to Fame, a reality show where relatives of celebs try to guess each other’s claim to fame. Turns out, this mom of three is a huge horror movie lover who wants to open a film studio and churn out slasher films a la Wes Craven (the first Nightmare on Elm Street and the Scream trilogy). “He’s my idol,” she told People. “I am a huge fan of ‘80s slashers, and I feel like so much of what’s out right now is so psychological or supernatural and I just wanna bring back the good old-fashioned slasher.”

She plans to use her $100,000 bag from Claim to Fame to help turn that goal into, well, reality. Also on her wish list: acting in one of her films with her more famous younger sister. These sisters are both big fans of the genre.

And they don’t just bond over horror. The pair are very supportive of each other and sibling rivalry ain’t a thing is this family. Keke frequently gives her big sis props on social media. “Only a rare few know you are the true talent in the family from Mariah Carey notes to Jim Carey hilarity, I have always looked up to you,” she wrote in a 2022 birthday post on Instagram.

Loreal just prefers a more low-key approach to life. But she can kiss that invisibility goodbye now .…
