The entertainment family is still the talk of the town, but what has the Jackson family been up to recently? Well, to save you from having to look up their names one by one, we can let you know where they are now.

Katherine Jackson

Last year, the matriarch of the Jackson family, Katherine Jackson, was caught in a long legal battle with the executors of her son’s estate. She was even sued by her grandson Bigi Jackson, formerly known as Blanket, for attempting to use Michael Jackson’s estate to fund her legal fees with the executors, we previously reported.

However, this year, Mama Jackson’s days are less stressful as she spends her time with her family. On Instagram, her daughter La Toya Jackson posted videos from her 95th birthday celebration on May 4, where she spent an intimate evening with her family.

Patriarch of the Jackson family and former manager of the Jackson Five, Joe Jackson, passed away in 2018. He was 89.

Oscar-winning actor Colman Domingo is set to play Joe Jackson in the upcoming Universal biopic of the King of Pop, “Michael,” per Deadline.

While Michael Jackson’s oldest sister, Rebbie, may have had a brief singing career in the ’80s, these days she lives a very quiet life. However, in April, Rebbie made a surprise appearance at her son Austin Brown’s concert to celebrate the release of his album, “The Festival.” It was Rebbie Jackson’s first time performing in a decade, according to BET.

The singer was also in attendance for the block party in his hometown of Gary, Indiana, to celebrate Michael Jackson’s birthday on August 29, which he posted on his Instagram page.

In recent years, Jermaine Jackson has remained very low-key to the public. However, in June, the singer sent words of support to the British charity “Mandela8” to honor the legacy of Nelson Mandela, according to British publication The Guide Liverpool. Outside of the press, the artist’s last public post was in 2019, congratulating son Jafaar Jackson for his first single, “Got Me Singing.”

La Toya Jackson

La Toya Jackson often shares moments from her life on her Instagram page. In June, she spent two nights performing at the Catalina Jazz Club in Los Angeles. The star also recently cleared up health concerns fans have had over her slim figure, telling The Daily Mail: “I’m strictly organic. I make sure that everything I eat is organic and my diet is basically based on plants.”

Marlon Jackson

Marlon Jackson has been right by his brother Jackie Jackson’s side, joining him for performances in both Europe and the States, and was also present to celebrate the birthday of his little brother, Michael Jackson, at a block party in their hometown of Gary, Indiana.

Janet Jackson

Janet Jackson is still rockin’ on stage. Just last year, the pop star’s “Together Again Tour” grossed $100 million, making her the sixth Black woman to achieve such a milestone, according to pop culture site That Grape Juice. She was also spotted at Paris Fashion Week with her niece, Paris Jackson.

Randy Jackson

If you’re looking for Randy Jackson, then you’ll most likely find him with his sister, Janet. The siblings work as partners for their independent record label, Rhythm Nation Records, and in 2022, they were executive producers for the Lifetime documentary series of Janet Jackson’s first album, “Janet Jackson,” according to Randy Jackson’s official website. Outside of his work projects, Randy lives a quiet life away from the limelight and rarely posts on his social media channels.

He is also the founder of The Heal Los Angeles Foundation, a public charity created to support young people in Los Angeles who are facing homelessness, child abuse, and hunger, per The Heal Los Angeles Foundation website.

Paris Jackson

The singer is also accompanying the American band “Queens Of The Stone Age” as an opener for their tour. Her first performance was Thursday (Oct. 2) in Chicago, which she posted on her Instagram story.

Bigi Jackson

Outside of family drama with his grandma, Katherine Jackson, Michael Jackson’s youngest child, Bigi, formerly known as Blanket, has an evident passion for film. Bigi used to share the YouTube channel “Film Family” with his older brother, Prince, and cousin Taj Jackson, where they would review films together. However, they stopped posting in March of 2020.

He is also the writer and producer of the short drama film “Rochelle,” which won the award for Best Drama at the Santa Monica Film Festival last year, according to IMDB.
