What happens in Vegas is supposed to stay in Vegas. And apparently, rapper Nelly took that saying to heart, leaving one of his teeth in Sin City during Super Bowl weekend.

The “Air Force Ones” rapper posted a hilarious video on Instagram on game night telling fans that things got so crazy during the festivities that he lost a tooth at some point.
“I knocked my godda**n tooth out my mouth,” he said in the video.
But things got even funnier when the St. Louis rapper tried to share the news with partner Ashanti on FaceTime.
“Hold on, I got to call my baby,” he said as he seemed to be having a hard time getting the “Only U” singer on the phone. And when he finally reaches her, she can’t stop laughing at her man’s misfortune.
“Babe, where is it?” she laughed. “I found it for you when we was in Miami. Where are the spares?”
But even funnier than the couple’s adorable exchange were the commenters who didn’t miss an opportunity to clown Nelly for his late night loss.
“Nelly showing his age. can’t work his phone can’t find his tooth! Damn!😂😂😂😂,” wrote one person in the comments.
“Nelly out in Vegas making The Hangover 4 the Super Bowl addition 🦷😂😂😂😂 it’s all love with these two,” wrote another.
Nelly and Ashanti, who dated between 2003 and 2013, surprised fans when they announced they had rekindled their relationship in September 2023. And in December, the couple confirmed they were expecting their first child together. As they await the arrival of their bundle of joy, we love that Ashanti let her man know that she loves him unconditionally – even snaggletoothed.
“You still look cute,” she laughed in the video. “I’d hit.”
