The first official trailer of the Washington-directed movie was released Tuesday, and it’s absolutely amazing. The film stars Washington alongside Viola Davis. In 2010, Davis and Washington both won Tony Awards for their roles in the Broadway revival of Fences. 

Fences tells the story of a promising baseball player-turned-garbage collector who’ll do anything to put food on his family’s table.
