People in the background can be heard saying, "Lawsuit, lawsuit, man."

Adams said that the incident "could have been another Eric Garner situation" during the press conference, where Grays and his mother also appeared. At one point, Grays wiped away tears, according to Bed-Stuy Patch. Although Grays was arrested, he was not charged with a crime, but Adams says that he was still issued a court summons.

Adams called for an investigation into the officers involved; he also said that those officers shouldn't be able to work the streets of Brooklyn without wearing their uniforms.
