Wait… Candace Owens Admits She’s Been Wrong and Asks Her Opponents to Do WHAT Now??

After years of dragging the left and spewing her political views, Candace Owens just might have had a change of heart. And some folks aren’t mad at it.

No, pigs are not flying (yet) and yes, conservative commentator Candace Owens has seemed to change her tune completely. After Charlie Kirk was gunned down and subsequently laid to rest over the weekend, Owens made a shocking confession in a new YouTube video that made even some of her haters give props.

In a podcast episode titled, “Charlie Kirk Shooting Suspect Charged. Something Isn’t Right…,” streamed lived on Sept. 16 on YouTube, the author admitted she had been wrong about a few things and called for Republicans and Democrats to… unite, years after dragging the left and sharing what many would call divisive political views and often incendiary remarks.

She addressed the 260,000 folks watching her one hour and seventeen minute monologue live, whom she says “represents the people who are waking up. This is not left or right— I don’t care. […] We are fighting evil people who rule over us and impact both sides.”

Owens added: “That’s the wakeup call we all need right now and I hope people are waking up to that fact as we look into what happened here,” referring to Kirk’s fatal shooting on Sept. 10.

She also encouraged folks to pray because we are fighting “real spiritual evil” after one viewer said they felt inclined to go to church after Kirk’s death. She went on to shoutout “the football players, the singers” and Hollywood actress Jamie Lee Curtis, who, per her, “is on the left” and has “totally different politics” but “was crying over this” because she still “has a soul.”

The 36-year-old continued addressing those whom she says is dividing us.

“It’s important to realize that this impacted people who have a soul, and they have removed us from our soul and have us waring with each other […] not realizing they are poisoning us,” the author added. “We are fighting real demons.”

Then, the bomb of all bombs dropped.

“You are on the left, you are not my enemy! If you’ve fallen for ideologies I did too, OK? I’ve come out the other side,” she said. “We have to now meet in the middle and we need to look at the true evil that rules over us, OK.”

“I’m on the left and I agree. It’s time to unite,” one person wrote on Instagram.

Another person said how they “wholeheartedly disagreed with Candace on mostly everything but that has changed. […] Collectively, we can meet in the middle and agree on the same issues that plague all of us! No more division!”

“I like this new Candace,” a third person wrote, while a fourth person said, “I never thought I would agree with this woman, but I am ready to stand with her.”

But not everyone thought Owens was being sincere.

“This has to be AI,” one person suggested.

“Don’t fall for it, she’s never going to change! I don’t trust her,” one person commented, but another shot back that “you don’t have to like her or even trust her specifically, what she’s saying is not wrong.”

Another suspected, “she’s trying to rebrand herself again!” Someone else was a bit more optimistic, writing how they would give her time to “prove herself.”
