Pinkydoll — real name Fedha Sinon — is a Canadian social media personality and livestreamer from Montreal. In 2023, she rose to viral fame for her non-player character (NPC) livestreams on TikTok, in which she imitates video game NPCs by responding to viewers’ digital gifts with repetitive phrases and robotic movements.
Screen recordings of Pinkydoll’s livestreams gained traction, with memeable moments that solidified her popularity. According to Fortune, she earned up to $7,000 a day at the height of her popularity. Her livestreams attracted thousands of viewers, including music producers Timbaland and ATL Jacob, who were spotted tuning in during one of her most viral sessions.
After her last social post on Nov. 22, 2025, Pinkydolls’s account went silent, drawing concerns from fans. On Dec. 29, she posted a slideshow of photos from a hospital in Orlando, Florida, taken during a family vacation at Walt Disney World.
In the caption, she revealed she had been hospitalized as a precaution after experiencing a high fever and symptoms related to a kidney episode, including migraines, nausea, lightheadedness and back pain. She reassured fans that she was stable and receiving care while surrounded by family.
Days later, on Jan. 2, 2026, Sinon appeared on camera again — but this time to deliver devastating news.
“Today I am back home and I wanna do something real,” she said in an emotional video. “I’m not here to scare anyone. I’m doing this because its real.” Sinon revealed that she is quietly battling serious kidney issues. “Doctors say my kidneys, they barely work,” she said. “And this time my son, he saw everything.”
She described the physical and mental toll of her illness, but emphasized that the most heartbreaking part was her child witnessing her condition. She also reflected on past struggles, including substance use and lifestyle choices she says were created by lack of support from her early years.
“I have to be a provider. I have to help my family instead of making all of these bad choices that affect me today,” he said.
Pinkydoll warned viewers about the long-term consequences of substance abuse and reckless living. “Drug, alcohol, careless living doesn’t seem so dangerous when you’re young- until one day you sit up on a hospital bed, praying for a second chance,” she said, adding she may need a kidney transplant.
She ended her video with an impactful message, “So if my life can be served for one purpose, let it be this. Let my story help someone from not getting there. Make better choices, take care of yourself, make good choices while you still can.”
Fans poured their love for Pinkydoll with heartfelt love and support.
“You made me want to stop drinking,” a TikTok user posted. “Thank you for sharing this.”
One Instagram user commented, “It’s time to focus on you, Pinky. Your health comes first.”
On X, another fan wrote, “Wishing her a speedy recovery. This is a reminder that health truly is wealth.”
