Per the New York Post, it appears CEO Andy Byron’s wife Megan Kerrigan has now completely deleted her Facebook page as of Friday. Before she did, the outlet noted that she allegedly dropped “Byron” from her name on her page before wiping it totally.
What’s more is that according to an official statement put out by Astronomer’s social pages, they’ve revealed that they’re launching a “formal investigation” into the Coldplay incident.
“Astronomer is committed to the values and culture that have guided us since our founding. Our leaders are expected to set the standard in both conduct and accountability,” the statement said in part.
It also noted that no other employee besides the CEO and the Chief People Officer were present at the event. More details are soon to come.

In news that can only be described as “GTFOH,” a white couple is going viral after a fun night out at a concert. However, thanks to some internet sleuths, there’s apparently more to them than meets the eye and now, Black Twitter can’t stop talking about it.
For context, video footage of the two began gaining traction on social media on Thursday when the two appeared on the Jumbotron at a Coldplay concert. Onscreen, the two were seen in a clearly romantic embrace but it was cut short once they saw themselves plastered for the rest of the concertgoers to see. The two immediately let go of one another, the man disappeared from the camera’s view entirely, while the woman turned her back and tried to hide their face.
Coldplay lead singer Chris Martin then decided to poke fun at their reaction, saying: “Oh look at these two. Alright, come on. You’re OK. Wait, what? Either they’re having an affair or they’re just very shy.”
Well, as it turns out, the two were apparently looked like they were indeed having an alleged affair. Thanks to internet detectives, the couple has now been identified as Astronomer CEO Andy Byron and Chief People Officer Kristin Cabot. The gag? They’re both married to other people and now, Black folks online can’t get enough of this fresh, white mess.
“Imagine finding out your spouse is cheating on you from the dude from Coldplay. Now you robbed me of my dignity and Coldplay. I can’t even listen to ‘Vida la Vida’ the same,” comedian KevOnStage said in a video.
He later added: “Why would you be cheating and be comfortable enough to go to Coldplay? You in Coldplay in public swaying and you think nobody gon’ notice and you run some company together? Oh, it’s gon’ be trouble.”
“That man had his arms wrapped around a woman who wasn’t his wife at that Coldplay concert. Romance isn’t dead. He might be but romance isn’t,” said another user.
“This is why them CEOs wanted folks back into the office. They were missing their side pieces!” said one other user.
“This is why I don’t play around with that ‘work husband and work wife’ thing. I’ll knock your block off bro!” added another.
“yo that man was literally on the summerjam screen with the hr lady lolololol,” another user wrote.
