The internet was set ablaze — no pun intended — after President Donald Trump’s recent revelation about his plans for the afterlife. Months ago, he explained exactly how he’s getting right with Jesus Christ and going to heaven. But now, he’s announced there’s probably no hope of him reaching the pearly gates.

While in route to broker a ceasefire deal ending the two-year war between Israel and Hamas, Trump told reporters he’s given up on his dream of playing golf with Jesus. As the president explains it, not even the peace deal will secure his spot in heaven.

@king_james5501 said the president should reevaluate who he gets his religious advice from. “He has the wrong faith advisor. [Senior Advisor to the White House Faith Office] Paula White doesn’t know the gospel,” he tweeted.
