Trump Believes NFL Owners Are Scared of Their Black Players, Which Is Why They Haven’t Stopped Them From Protesting

President Donald Trump believes that NFL owners are afraid of their players, which is why they haven’t put their foot down and demanded that those blacks the players stop protesting.

“I have so many friends that are owners. And they’re in a box. I mean, I’ve spoken to a couple of them. They say, ‘We are in a situation where we have to do something,’” Trump said in an interview with Fox News’ Fox & Friends that aired Thursday morning. “I think they’re afraid of their players, you want to know the truth, and I think it’s disgraceful. And they’ve got to be tough and they’ve got to be smart.”

Let’s be clear about this: The protest is a black protest. Almost 90 percent of those players protesting are black players. When the president says that he thinks that the owners are afraid of their players, what race of player do you think he’s referring to? Maybe he means that the owners are afraid of a player revolt? Maybe he thinks that the owners are afraid that players are going to run into the big house and loot and stuff. Either way, it’s another racist dog whistle from President Cesar Millan von HateFace.

Trump first involved himself in the NFL fiasco that had nothing to do with him last Friday when he spoke during a rally in Alabama because the president of white supremacy won’t ever stop rallying!

“Wouldn’t you love to see one of these NFL owners, when somebody disrespects our flag, to say, ‘Get that son of a bitch off the field right now. Out. He’s fired,’” Trump said to a chorus of cheers and yahoos.

On on Fox & Friends, he also said this:

The NFL cannot disrespect our country. They cannot disrespect our flag or our national anthem. And they can’t have people sitting down or kneeling down during our national anthem. I’ve seen a couple stadiums over the last few weeks, there are a lot of empty seats. I couldn’t even believe it. But when it comes to the respect of our nation, when it comes to the respect of our anthem and our flag, they have no choice. You have to have people stand with respect.

Trump is a racist who says racist shit, and this is just another incident in a string of incidents in which he ignores the issues of people of color to continually paint the picture as he wants it to be.
