With Election Day just days away, the race between Vice President Kamala Harris and Donald Trump remains as tight as ever. As we inch closer to Nov. 5, here are the list of Republicans, known conservatives or conservative-adjacent folks who are publicly supporting Harris in her journey to be the nation’s next president.

Barbara Bush, George W. Bush’s Daughter

On Tuesday (Oct. 29), Barbara Pierce Bush — daughter of former President George W. Bush — shared that she’s supporting Harris in next week’s election. “It was inspiring to join friends and meet voters with the Harris-Walz campaign in Pennsylvania this weekend,” Bush told People magazine. “I’m hopeful they’ll move our country forward and protect women’s rights.”

Dick Cheney, Former Vice President

In a statement last month, Former Vice President Dick Cheney said he will vote for Democrat Kamala Harris over Republican Donald Trump in the upcoming presidential election.

“In our nation’s 248-year history, there has never been an individual who is a greater threat to our republic than Donald Trump,” Cheney said, per CNN. “He tried to steal the last election using lies and violence to keep himself in power after the voters had rejected him. He can never be trusted with power again.”

Liz Cheney, Daughter Of Dick Cheney

Earlier this month, Vice President Kamala Harris held a series of moderated conversations with former Wyoming Republican Rep. Liz Cheney in battleground states of Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin.

“If you’re at all concerned, you can vote your conscience and not ever have to say a word to anybody, and there will be millions of Republicans who do that on Nov. 5, vote for Vice President Harris,” Cheney said to Republicans in support of Harris at the Michigan event, per ABC.

Stephanie Grisham, Former Trump Press Secretary

During the Democratic National Convention in August, ex-Trump press secretary Stephanie Grisham criticized the former president and expressed support for Harris. “Now here I am behind a podium advocating for a Democrat, and that’s because I love my country more than my party,” Grisham said per NBC. “Kamala Harris tells the truth. She respects the American people, and she has my vote.”

Jimmy McCain, Son of Sen. John McCain

In September, Jimmy McCain — son of former Arizona senator and 2008 Republican presidential nominee John McCain — shared that he registered as a Democrat and will vote for Vice President Kamala Harris. “I’m a center man who cares about his country more than anything,” McCain said, per Associated Press.

Anthony Scaramucci, Trump’s White House Communications Director

On Oct. 31, former White House communications director for former president Donald Trump penned an essay for Fortune explaining why he’ll be supporting Harris on Nov. 5. “I am supporting Vice President Kamala Harris in 2024 because I believe she is the candidate who can break us out of the cycle of ideological governance,” he wrote. “Her commonsense policies align most with economic growth and social inclusion.”

Ex-Georgia Lt. Gov. Geoff Duncan

In an interview with NPR last month, former Georgia Lieutenant Gov. Geoff Duncan, a lifelong Republican, explained why he’s supporting Vice President Kamala Harris this election. “If you vote for Kamala Harris in 2024, you’re not a Democrat, you’re a patriot,” he said.

Olivia Troye, Former Counter-Terrorism Adviser To Mike Pence

Former counterterrorism advisor to former Vice President of the United States Mike Pence—Olivia Troye—not only endorsed Harris at the Democratic National Convention but wrote an essay for MSNBC explaining her decision. “Vice President Kamala Harris is building a broad coalition that includes everyone because, unlike her opponent, she knows that a president’s job is to serve all Americans, not only those who vote for her,” Troye stated.

John Giles, Republican Mayor Of Mesa, Ariz.

Politico reported last month that the Republican mayor of Mesa, Arizona, John Giles, has endorsed Harris. “Kamala Harris is a much better Republican than Donald Trump,” he stated. “She governs from the center. She’s pragmatic. She’ll help us to solve problems.”

Ana Navarro, Republican Co-Host Of ABC’S “The View”

Ana Navarro, the Republican co-host of ABC’s “The View,” compared former President Donald Trump to dictators around the world during an appearance at the Democratic National Convention in August. Navarro said these figures “attack the free press” and “put their unqualified relatives in cushy government jobs,” MSNBC reported.

Arnold Schwarzenegger, Former Republican Governor Of California

Former Republican governor of California and actor Arnold Schwarzenegger, said last month he will be voting for Vice President Kamala Harris Walz in a shocking endorsement.

“To someone like me who talks to people all over the world and still knows America is the shining city on a hill, calling America is a trash can for the world is so unpatriotic, it makes me furious,” he stated in a post on X. “And I will always be an American before I am a Republican. That’s why, this week, I am voting for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz.”

Alberto Gonzales, George W. Bush’s Attorney General

Alberto Gonzales, who once served as attorney general in George W. Bush’s administration, endorsed Harris in September. “As the United States approaches a critical election, I can’t sit quietly as Donald Trump — perhaps the most serious threat to the rule of law in a generation — eyes a return to the White House,” Gonzales explained in an op-ed for Politico. “For that reason, though I’m a Republican, I’ve decided to support Kamala Harris for president.”

Former Rep. Adam Kinzinger

Former Rep. Adam Kinzinger is one of Trump’s most vocal critics. At the Democratic National Convention in August, he encouraged Republicans to vote for Harris on Election Day.

“Donald Trump has suffocated the soul of the Republican Party,” he said CBS News reported. “His fundamental weakness has coursed through my party like an illness.”
