LL Cool J has recently listed his four-bedroom, 6,000-square-foot home in Encino for sale. The legendary emcee’s property comes with a price tag just shy of $6 million, according to online listings. Coldwell Banker Realty is working to sell the home. The modern home is located in the Royal Oaks enclave of Encino and boasts a heated spa, two-car garage, and a pool house.
LL Cool J—born James Smith— purchased the house with wife Simone in 2018 for $4.3 million. Here is a tour of the California mansion.
